We are very pleased to welcome Jack Hopwood to our Apprenticeship Scheme. Over the next 18 months, Jack will train as a fire door estimator, gaining vital office and technical skills alongside experienced members of the team. He will also attend PETA to gain his higher level Business and Administration qualifications.

Apprentice Jack, said: "I am pleased to have been offered an apprenticeship with Ahmarra, it means I can earn a qualification and gain skills at the same time. I much prefer to learn on the job and I wasn’t keen to continue in full-time education, so this apprenticeship suits me better”.

Vicki Boulton, Marketing Manager at Ahmarra, said “Ahmarra is extremely proud of the Apprenticeship programme that we have in place. We recognise that it is important that the manufacturing and construction industry continues to invest in future generations.”

“Ahmarra has a very successful record of progressing our apprentices into senior roles and our current recruit, Joshua Ballingall is just finishing his higher level apprenticeship with top marks and will then continue his progression at Ahmarra, so the apprenticeship program works very well for us”.
