Luxury joinery fit-out for the Marketing Suite at Battersea Power Station
The magnificent, Grade II listed Battersea Power Station forms the centre-piece of an £8 billion redevelopment and a new marketing suite has now been installed on the roof of the iconic building for the Phase 2 sales launch.
Ahmarra Installations are proud to have been appointed as joinery fit-out sub-contractor by Donban Contracting UK Limited for the marketing suite of this prestigious development.

The marketing suite was built using a specialist volumetric construction by Donban’s sister company, Vision Modular Systems Limited and the whole project took less than four months from inception to on-time completion. To create a feeling of space and light, the floor to ceiling height has been extended to 2.8m and many of the apartments feature wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the power station and River Thames.
The Marketing Suite opened on 1st May 2014 and has proved to be a huge success with over 95% of the 254 unique new homes reserved in the first week. The homes offer larger than average unit sizes with high specification interiors.
Ahmarra Installations undertook the following work:
Entrance doorset in planked fumed oak with electronic locking system and espagnolette locking system
Two sets of bi-parting pocket doors with soft-close system
Hidden pivot door to the bathroom – special design in consultation with Ezyjamb
Mirror fronted bathroom cabinets with led lighting and stainless steel and brass trims
Wardrobe doors with brass mullions and oak interiors – exclusive Ahmarra design
Fumed oak bookcase made from patinated mild steel uprights and fumed oak cabinets and shelves – exclusive Ahmarra design
