Two looks in one design

Ahmarra manufactured these stunning internal doors for the Kingsway Hall Hotel – an innovative and design-led property in Covent Garden.

These bespoke doors offer two looks in one design. The internal room facing side has a distinctive Tabu Bolivar grey veneer, whereas the external hallway side has a rich dark walnut veneer facing. Our colour matching service meant we were able to create an identical grey stain for the door lipping. The uniform finish achieved by veneers ensures there are no knots, warping or splitting as can happen with solid wood, yet still offers a very natural look.

As well as having aesthetic appeal, these timber doors are FD30 fire-rated and are manufactured from FSC®-certified and other controlled material that support responsible forestry. They also have an acoustic rating of 32RwdB – perfect for a restful night’s stay.
