Qualifications: City & Guilds - Advanced Craft Carpentry & Joinery and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
Experience: Martyn has worked in the fire door manufacturing industry for over 30 years. Starting out as an apprentice Carpenter & Joiner, he went on to become Major Project Director for Leaderflush Shapland and is now our Business Development & Specification Director working for Ahmarra since 2016.
Martyn is dedicated to developing sector-specific fire door solutions and useful digital specification tools. To assist clients with the specification process, Martyn offers informative Fire Door CPD sessions both in-person and via Microsoft Teams, that cover topics such as fire, smoke, testing, certification, accessibility and installation.⁠

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Mechanical & Production Engineering, Certified Fire Door Inspector (Cert. FDI) and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
Experience: Ian has worked in the fire industry for 25 years. Starting out in London as a Project Coordinator for a structural steel fire protection company, he moved into fire door manufacture a few years later. Ian is Ahmarra's Sales Director and has worked at the company for over four years. Ian is passionate about positive customer experience and staff development.

Qualifications: Guild of Architectural Ironmongery Diploma (Dip. GAI) and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
Experience: Ian has worked within the ironmongery industry for over 30 years. He manages the supply and project scheduling of coordinated architectural ironmongery for Ahmarra’s bespoke doorsets. And, alongside our specification team, he is on hand to provide customers with technical advice and support.

Qualifications: BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Construction in Built Environment (QCF) and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
Experience: Developing doorset and ironmongery packages tailored to your needs.

Experience: Tony has over 48 years’ experience within the construction industry, as well as an in-depth understanding of architectural ironmongery and fire door manufacture.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

Paul has over 40 years of experience within the door manufacturing industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is invaluable in supporting our clients with specification and project management.

Qualification: Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration and GQA Level 3 Diploma in Surveying Windows, Doors & Conservatories.
Experience: Chelsea is the newest member of our sales & specification team, providing support with administration.

Qualifications: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD)
Experience: Having completed her apprenticeship with Ahmarra, Poppy has gone on to become a Sales Estimator.

Qualification: Currently studying his level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Experience: Tom is a member of the sales & specification team, and is learning to become a Sales Estimator.

Qualification: Currently studying her level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Experience: Daisy is the latest apprentice to join the sales & specification team, and is learning to become a Sales Estimator.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Leadership and Management and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
Experience: Josh oversees the Project Management team and manages contract projects post-order - establishing customer requirements to produce final production documents for manufacture, overseeing through production to delivery, and responding to aftercare needs.
He is also Ahmarra's BIM Champion.

Qualifications: BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment and FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
He is currently studying his BSc (Hons) Project Management Degree Apprenticeship.
Experience: Jack manages contract projects post-order - establishing customer requirements to produce final production documents for manufacture, overseeing through production to delivery, and responding to aftercare needs.

Qualifications: FDIS Fire Door Diploma (Dip. FD).
Experience: Robin manages contract projects post-order - establishing customer requirements to produce final production documents for manufacture, overseeing through production to delivery, and responding to aftercare needs.

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Experience: Isaac is a member of the project management team. Having completed his apprenticeship with Ahmarra, Isaac is now a Project Coordinator.

Qualification: Currently studying his level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Experience: Archie is the latest apprentice to join our project management team, and is learning to become a Project Coordinator.
