Ahmarra Door Solutions manufactured bespoke doorsets for Shiva Hotels’ The Botree, on Marylebone Lane in London. The 199-bedroom, five-star hotel will have 29 suites, bars, two restaurants, a live music club, a boutique screening room and fitness centre.
Guestrooms were designed by Amsterdam-based designer Concrete, with colourful natural fabrics and eclectic textures created exclusively for the hotel. Rooms have a reception space separated by sliding panels leading to bedrooms and lounge areas.
Ahmarra manufactured a range of Q-Mark certified FD30 fire-rated doors, selected from our Hotel & Hospitality Collection. Made from FSC® certified timber, the pre-hung doorsets were supplied with factory-fitted ironmongery. The guest room entrance doors and sliding pocket door assemblies are faced with European Oak crown cut vertical grain veneer with a lacquered finish. The doorsets for public and back of house areas feature an eco primed paper veneer, ready for on-site painting.
This stylish hotel is due to open in July 2023.
