PAS24 Entrance Doors Installed at Lyons Place Luxury Apartments in London

Lyons Place is a collection of beautifully designed townhouses, apartments and penthouses in London’s coveted north-west neighbourhoods, nestled between some of the city’s most desirable villages: Maida Vale, St John’s Wood, Primrose Hill and Little Venice.
This exclusive scheme has been designed by world-renowned architect, Farrells for the property developer Almacantar.
Ahmarra Installations has recently completed a bespoke joinery fit-out contract for this development for main contractor, Galliford Try. Particular attention was given to the internal and external finishes with the highest standard of fittings being used throughout.
High-performance PAS 24, fire-rated timber entrance doors were selected in an FSC® certified, European oak veneer which was hand-selected by the client at our veneer merchant. A bespoke stain was then applied to complement the décor. These also incorporated Secured By Design/PAS 24 security features including multi-point locking system and 3-star cylinder, the doors were interfaced with matching stained oak veneered wall panelling.
Other works included stained oak wall panelling to the reception areas, concealed riser fire doors which were factory primed and joinery fit-out to bathrooms including LED lit vanity cupboards and LED lit mirrors.
